So far Friday evening looks like snacks, music, chat and trying to disturb my neighbors at my house. People arriving Friday will be coming in at different times and I'm sure some will want to settle into their room for a bit after traveling. It will definitely be designed to be a relaxing evening. I encourage people to bring musical instruments and your favorite lawn chair, if possible.

Saturday will be the busy day.......*VBG* We'll be going back to the SirWarped Memorial Entertainment Complex (PPG Park). Of course we'll picnic Saturday afternoon with games and plenty to eat and drink. Saturday night will feature a DJ and several door prizes for those in attendance.
Sunday will no doubt have some people leaving but there is a golf course nearby and may be fun that morning. Last year those remaining hung out around the house and that's cool again. Weather permitting, we might do some fishing, too. *G*

The cost for the weekend events is nothing. I've re-thought this and have decided that this is a major vacation for me......a chance to meet many people for the first time and to see old friends again. Hell, the party will be less than a couple road-trips and I'll have the benefit of meeting so many more than I could on two trips. Besides, everyone attending will already have travel and lodging expenses. This just feels right to me. *BS*

About a week before the party I will email my phone number and the phone number to the park where the party will be held Saturday for those of you who wish to leave a contact number behind for whatever reason. Also, I'll have a map for each of you to navigate this bustling metropolis *rme* after you arrive. *BS*

~Accomodations~

There is plenty of availability within 5-10 minutes of my house. I wish that I could put everyone up while they are here but the house is just 3 bedrooms. First dibs on staying here will go to those who have graciously opened their homes to me when I've visited them.
There are spots located along the Ohio River for camping.
